13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1 between lines 26 and 27, of the bill

15

16  insert:

17         Section 1.  The Division of State Lands of the

18  Department of Environmental Protection shall inventory all

19  lands owned or leased by PRIDE and shall, no later than

20  October 1, 2000, furnish to the Board of Trustees of the

21  Internal Improvement Trust Fund a report listing the acreage,

22  present use, and fair market value of each such parcel of

23  land. Any such lands so identified shall be made available to

24  the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund

25  to trade or sell to acquire environmentally sensitive lands

26  within the same county or drainage basin.
