  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Bradford County; authorizing

  3         Bradford County to transfer and use legally

  4         restricted fuel taxes for unrestricted purposes

  5         for all fiscal years through 1996-1997;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Bradford County is authorized to transfer

11  and use legally restricted fuel taxes for unrestricted

12  purposes for all fiscal years prior to and through 1996-1997.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
