15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  continuance existence, as defined

18  in s. 106.011, for any purpose other than those certified by a

19  majority roll call vote of the governing board of the direct

20  support organization at a regularly scheduled meeting as being

21  directly related to the educational mission of the State Board

22  of Community Colleges.
