12 following amendment to amendment (851976):

15 On page 3, lines 7-23, delete those lines
16
17 and insert: consist of no more than nine seven and no fewer
18 than seven five members appointed by the county commission.
19 The members of the governing board, agency, or authority shall
20 be at least 18 years of age and residents of the county. No
21 member may be employed by or affiliated with a health care
22 provider or the public health trust, agency, or authority
23 responsible for the county public general hospital. The
24 following community organizations shall each appoint a
25 representative to a nominating committee: the South Florida
26 Hospital and Healthcare Association, the Miami-Dade County
27 Public Health Trust, the Dade County Medical Association, the
28 Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust, and the Mayor of Miami-Dade
29 County. This committee shall nominate between 10 and 14
30 county citizens for the governing board, agency, or authority.
