14         On page 20, line 15, of the amendment

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said line

17  and insert:  financial institution.  In its collection

18  practices, a deferred presentment provider shall comply with

19  the prohibitions against harassment or abuse, false or

20  misleading representations, and unfair practices, which are

21  contained in Sections 806, 807, and 808 of the Fair Debt

22  Collection Practices Act, 15, U.S.C. ss. 1629d, 1692e, 1692f,

23  and the prohibited practices set forth in section 559.72.
