15         On page 22, between lines 23 and 24, of the bill

17  insert:

18         Section 19.  Paragraph (c) is added to subsection (3)

19  of section 400.23, Florida Statutes, to read:

20         400.23  Rules; evaluation and deficiencies; licensure

21  status.--

23         (c)  Licensed practical nurses licensed under chapter

24  464 who are providing nursing services in nursing home

25  facilities under this part may supervise the activities of

26  other licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants,

27  and other unlicensed personnel providing services in such

28  facilities in accordance with rules adopted by the Board of

29  Nursing.
