17  and insert in lieu thereof:

19  (a)  Persons who are enrolled in, or have completed, a

20  state-approved nursing assistant program; or

22  (b)  Persons who have been positively verified by a state

23  approved test site as actively certified and on the registry

24  in another state with no findings of abuse, but who have not

25  completed the written examination required under this

26  section.;or

27

28  (c)  Persons who have preliminarily passed the state's

29  certification exam.
