12  Appropriations offered the following:

14         Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 2, line 1,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said line

17

18  and insert in lieu thereof:

19         Section 2.  The Bartow Agricultural Center is hereby

20  redesignated as the "Bob Crawford Agricultural Center."

21         Section 3.  The Science and Education Building at the

22  Southeast Campus of Florida Atlantic University in Davie is

23  renamed the "Senator James A. Scott Building."

24         Section 4.  Frank Wacha Bridge designation; markers.--

25         (1)  The bridge on the Jensen Beach Causeway in Martin

26  County is hereby designated as the "Frank Wacha Bridge."

27         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

28  erect suitable markers designating the "Frank Wacha Bridge" as

29  described in subsection (1).

30         Section 5.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
