18         (15)  PUBLIC INFORMATION AND PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT

19  PROGRAM.--

20         (a)  Adopt procedures whereby the general public can be

21  adequately informed of the educational programs, needs, and

22  objectives of public education within the district.

23         (b)  District school boards shall encourage teachers

24  and administators to keep parents and guardians informed of

25  student progress, student programs, and availability of

26  resources for academic assistance.
