14 On page 20, between lines 29 and 30,

16 insert:
17 (7) USE OF STUDENT DIRECTORY INFORMATION.--Pursuant to
18 this section, personally identifiable information concerning a
19 student in grades K through 12 is confidential and exempt from
20 s. 119.07(1). However, notwithstanding paragraph (3)(f), each
21 school district may publish and release to the Florida
22 Education Foundation student directory information relating to
23 a student in grades K through 12. Prior to the release of the
24 information by a school district to the Florida Education
25 Foundation, the parent must be notified in writing and
26 provided the opportunity to withhold consent for such release.
27 The Florida Education Foundation may, in its discretion,
28 provide information and materials on behalf of any individual,
29 agency, business, or organization directly to a student or
30 parent whose directory information has been provided under
31 this subsection.
