15         On page 1, between lines 27 & 28, of the bill

17  insert:

18         Section 2.  Effective January 1, 2003, subsection (11)

19  of section 166.411 shall be repealed; provided that eminent

20  domain actions filed pursuant to section 166.411(11) prior to

21  January 1, 2003, shall not be affected by repeal of the

22  subsection.
