18         (7)  Any auction which is subject to the provisions of

19  Chapter 468, Part VI, must be conducted by an auctioneer who

20  has an active Florida auctioneer license or an apprentice who

21  has an active Florida apprentice auctioneer license and who

22  has received prior written sponsor consent. No business shall

23  auction or offer to auction any property in this state unless

24  it is licensed as an auction business by the board or is

25  exempt from licensure under this act.  Each application for

26  licensure shall include the names of the owner and the

27  business, the business mailing address and location, and any

28  other information which the board may require. The owner of an

29  auction business shall report to the board within 30 days of

30  any change in this required information.
