  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to rulemaking authority

  3         regarding coordinated agency review for

  4         projects in the Florida Keys (RAB); amending s.

  5         380.051, F.S.; authorizing the adoption of

  6         rules to implement specified procedures;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Subsection (4) is added to section 380.051,

12  Florida Statutes, to read:

13         380.051  Coordinated agency review; Florida Keys

14  area.--

15         (4)  State and regional agencies may adopt rules to

16  implement such coordinated-agency-review procedures.

17         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

18  law.
