17  and insert in lieu thereof:  large population, and allows the

18  use of separate rating factors adjustments for age, gender,

19  family composition, tobacco usage, and geographic area as

20  determined under paragraph (5)(j), and allows adjustments for

21  claims experience, health status, or duration of coverage as

22  provided in subparagraph (6)(b)5. and administrative and

23  acquisition expenses as provided in subparagraph (6)(b)6.
