14         On page 2, lines 15-24,

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  prosecution of the juvenile in

18  adult court.

19         (c)  Notwithstanding subsection (1), regardless of the

20  child's age at the time the alleged offense was committed, the

21  state attorney must file an information with respect to any

22  child who previously has been adjudicated for offenses which,

23  if committed by an adult, would be felonies and such

24  adjudications occurred at three or more separate delinquency

25  adjudicatory hearings, and three of which resulted in

26  residential commitments as defined in s. 985.03(47).
