14 On page 5, lines 1 through 6,
15 remove from the bill: all of said lines

17 and insert in lieu thereof: limited to, case management. From
18 the funds specified in subparagraphs (d)1. and 2. for indigent
19 health care services, service providers shall receive
20 reimbursement at a Medicaid rate to be determined by the
21 governing board, agency, or authority created pursuant to this
22 paragraph for the initial emergency room visit, and a
23 per-member per-month fee or capitation for those members
24 enrolled in their service area, as compensation for the
25 services rendered following the initial emergency visit.
26 Except for provisions of emergency services, upon
27 determination of eligibility, enrollment shall be deemed to
28 have occurred at the time services were rendered. The
29 provisions for specific reimbursement of emergency services
30 shall be repealed on July 1, 2001, unless otherwise reenacted
31 by the Legislature. The
