15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         Section 2.  The provisions of this act shall be

19  reviewed by the Legislature prior to October 1, 2005, and

20  shall be repealed on that date unless otherwise reenacted by

21  the Legislature.

22         Section 3.  This act shall take effect October 1, 2000.
