14         On page 2, lines 23-27,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  district school board, special

18  district, or a municipal government, such payment shall

19  continue until such time as the local or special law is

20  amended or repealed.  The state covenants with holders of

21  bonds or other instruments of indebtedness issued by local

22  governments, special districts, or district school boards
