13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 2, lines 13-15, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  subsection (2) commits any of the provisions of

17  this section shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor

18  of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or

19  s. 775.083.
