13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 3, lines 8-12, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  paragraphs (a)-(g), proof that any person

17  discharged, or aided another in discharging, nitrous oxide to

18  inflate a balloon or any other object suitable for subsequent

19  inhalation creates an inference of the person's knowledge that

20  the nitrous oxide's use was for a purpose other than those

21  provided in paragraphs (a)-(g).
