14         On page 19, line 15, through page 20, line 1, delete

15  those lines

16

17  and insert:

18         (b)  The child protective investigator, with

19  supervisory approval, has determined, after conducting a child

20  safety assessment, that there are not indications of injuries

21  as described in paragraphs (2)(a)-(h) as reported; or

22         (c)  The child protection team board-certified

23  pediatrician, as authorized in subsection (3), determines that

24  a medical evaluation is not required.
