17  and insert in lieu thereof:  paragraphs (a)-(g), proof that

18  any person discharged, or aided another in discharging,

19  nitrous oxide to inflate a balloon or any other object

20  suitable for subsequent inhalation creates an inference of the

21  person's knowledge that the nitrous oxide's use was for a

22  purpose other than those provided in paragraphs (a)-(g).
