14         On page 10, line 28, delete that line

16  and insert:  within a public highway or the right-of-way of a

17  public highway. Notwithstanding the prohibition contained in

18  this section, vehicles designed, maintained, and used

19  primarily for the transportation of persons for compensation

20  and motor homes are exempt.
