15         On page 5, of the bill between lines 12 and 13

17  insert:

18         325.203  Motor vehicles subject to annual inspection;

19  exemptions.--

20         (9)  Should the Department of Environmental Protection

21  determine that levels of nitrogen oxide emitted from

22  stationary sources be of a level to offset the gains achieved

23  or anticipated to be achieved by the motor vehicle inspection

24  program such program shall be subject to termination pursuant

25  to the contract and this act.  This provision shall not be

26  used to mandate or permit additional regulatory authority for

27  the department concerning stationary sources.
