  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to motor vehicle emissions;

  3         repealing ss. 325.001, 325.201, 325.202,

  4         325.203, 325.204, 325.206, 325.207, 325.2075,

  5         325.208, 325.209, 325.210, 325.211, 325.212,

  6         325.213, 325.2135, 325.214, 325.215, 325.216,

  7         325.217, 325.218, 325.219, F.S., which provide

  8         for inspection of motor vehicle exhaust

  9         emissions; providing an effective date.

11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13         Section 1.  Sections 325.001, 325.201, 325.202,

14  325.203, 325.204, 325.206, 325.207, 325.2075, 325.208,

15  325.209, 325.210, 325.211, 325.212, 325.213, 325.2135,

16  325.214, 325.215, 325.216, 325.217, 325.218, and 325.219,

17  Florida Statutes, are repealed.

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

19  law.
