1 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

3 Section 1. The baseball field at Florida A & M
4 University is hereby designated as the "Oscar A. Moore-Costa
5 Kittles Baseball Field."
6 Section 2. The tennis courts at Florida A & M
7 University are hereby designated as the "Althea Gibson Tennis
8 Courts."
9 Section 3. The Athletic Center at Florida Atlantic
10 University's Boca Raton Campus is hereby designated as the
11 "Tom Oxley Athletic Center and Fields."
12 Section 4. A new Fine Arts Building at Florida
13 Atlantic University's John D. MacArthur Campus in Jupiter is
14 hereby designated as the "Hibel Fine Arts Building" in
15 recognition of Edna Hibel.
16 Section 5. New classroom and office space for the
17 College of Business at Florida Atlantic University's Boca
18 Raton Campus is hereby designated as the "Carl DeSantis
19 Pavilion."
20 Section 6. The new presidential residence at Florida
21 Atlantic University's Boca Raton Campus is hereby designated
22 as the "Eleanor R. Baldwin House."
23 Section 7. Academic Building #2, which houses the
24 Colleges of Arts & Sciences and Business at Florida Gulf Coast
25 University, is hereby designated as "Charles B. Reed Hall" in
26 recognition of the former chancellor of the State University
27 System of Florida.
28 Section 8. The Student Services Building at Florida
29 Gulf Coast University is hereby designated as the "Roy E.
30 McTarnaghan Hall" in recognition of the founding president of
31 Florida Gulf Coast University.

2 University is hereby designated as the "Don A. Veller Seminole
3 Golf Course."
4 Section 10. Building #76 at Florida State University
5 is hereby designated as "William A. Tanner Hall."
6 Section 11. Building #1012, located on the Panama City
7 Campus of Florida State University, is hereby designated as
8 the "Larson M. Bland Conference Center."

13 Building located at the University of Central Florida is
14 hereby designated as "Millican Hall" in recognition of Dr.
15 Charles N. Millican, the founding president of the University
16 of Central Florida.
17 Section 14. The building known as the Humanities and
18 Fine Arts Building at the University of Central Florida is
19 hereby designated as "Colbourn Hall" in recognition of Dr.
20 Trevor Colbourn, the second president of the University of
21 Central Florida.
22 Section 15. The facility to house the Honors College
23 at the University of Central Florida is hereby designated as
24 "Burnett Hall."
25 Section 16. The Cancer Center at the University of
26 Florida is hereby designated as the "Jerry W. and Judith S.
27 Davis Cancer Center."
28 Section 17. The University Athletic Center at the
29 University of Florida is hereby designated as the "L. Gale
30 Lemerand Athletics Center."

1 Section 18. The tennis facility at the University of
2 Florida is hereby designated as the "Alfred A. Ring Tennis
3 Complex."
4 Section 19. The Center for the Performing Arts at the
5 University of Florida is hereby designated as the "Curtis M.
6 Phillips Center for the Performing Arts."
7 Section 20. The Golf Management and Learning Center at
8 the University of North Florida is hereby designated as the
9 "John and Geraldine Hayt Golf Management and Learning Center."
10 Section 21. The student residence at the University of
11 South Florida currently known as Gamma Hall is hereby
12 designated as "Betty Castor Hall," in recognition of the fifth
13 president of the University of South Florida.
14 Section 22. The respective universities set forth in
15 this act are authorized to erect suitable markers for the
16 designations made by this act.
17 Section 23. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
18 law.
