15         On page 4, lines 10 and 11,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17

18  and insert in lieu thereof:  an employee of JEA or to remain

19  as a member of the 1937 Employees' Pension Fund of the City

20  after becoming an employee of the St. Johns River Power Park

21  shall be available and limited to the first 150 employees

22  exercising either option.
