15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         Section 1.  Intent.--Pursuant to section 191.015,

19  Florida Statutes, this act constitutes the codification of all

20  special acts relating to Cedar Hammock Fire Control District.

21  It is the intent of the Legislature to provide a single,

22  comprehensive special act charter for the district including

23  all current legislative authority granted to the district by

24  its several legislative enactments and any additional

25  authority granted by this act and chapters 189 and 191,

26  Florida Statutes, as they may be amended from time to time.

27  It is further the intent of this act to preserve all district

28  authority.

29         Section 2.  Codification.--Chapters 57-1546, 59-1537,

30  59-1538, 61-2453, 65-1897, 71-759, 72-613, 72-614, 75-429,

31  79-507, 81-433, 82-326, 84-478, 85-450, 88-486, 89-483, and

 2  repealed as herein provided.

 3         Section 3.  The Cedar Hammock Fire Control District is

 4  re-created and the charter is re-created and reenacted to

 5  read:
