17  and insert in lieu thereof:  (2)(a) As used in this section,

18  the term "employee" includes any person employed by or

19  performing contractual services for a public or private entity

20  operating a facility or any person employed by or performing

21  contractual services for the corporation operating the prison

22  industry enhancement programs or the correctional work

23  programs, pursuant to Part II of Chapter 946.
