11  Senator Dyer moved the following amendment:

14         On page 13, line 16, through

15            page 14, line 3, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (1)  Beginning October 1, 2000, each district

19  superintendent shall coordinate with the law enforcement

20  agency having jurisdiction over each educational facility the

21  provision of certain blueprint documents, class schedules, and

22  other documents as may be necessary for crisis contingency

23  planning by the law enforcement agency. These documents shall

24  be provided for each of the educational facilities in the

25  district as defined in s. 235.011(6). After the initial

26  submission of these documents, the district school

27  superintendent shall submit, by October 1 of each year,

28  revised documents from each educational facility for which

29  modifications may have been made during the preceding year.

30         (2)  Beginning October 1, 2000, each community college

31  president shall coordinate with the law enforcement agency
