18 advocate, encourage, condone, or otherwise contribute to
19 inflaming the public's subliminal tendencies to engage in the
20 inherently dangerous practice of barbecuing in the nude or any
21 other activity involving public disporting in one's birthday
22 suit in or around any place constructed or used for purposes
23 of water sports or recreation, including, but not limited to,
24 public recreational areas which have been saved from being
25 returned to their pristine natural environmental condition.
