13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, line 5,

16  insert:

17         Section 1.  Anatomical gifts by inmates.--The

18  Department of Corrections shall provide each person remanded

19  to the custody of the department the opportunity to obtain an

20  anatomical gift donor card as provided in s. 732.914, Florida

21  Statutes.  Nothing in this section shall be construed to

22  confer a right on the part of an inmate under the supervision

23  of the Department of Corrections or any private correctional

24  facility contracted by the Department of Corrections to make

25  an anatomical gift.  Any claim or action filed on behalf of an

26  inmate which seeks to enforce an alleged right to make or

27  donate an anatomical gift is a nullity and shall be summarily

28  dismissed with prejudice by the court in which the action or

29  claim is filed.

 5  and insert in lieu thereof:

 6         requiring the Department of Corrections to

 7         provide each person remanded to the custody of

 8         the department the opportunity to obtain an

 9         anatomical gift donor card; providing that

10         section does not confer a right on the part of

11         an inmate to make an anatomical gift; providing

12         for dismissal of certain actions with

13         prejudice;
