18  and insert in lieu thereof:

19         WHEREAS, the Legislature finds that evidence which

20  shows that an accused child molester has molested children at

21  other times may be relevant to corroborate the victim's

22  testimony, and

23         WHEREAS, the Legislature finds that evidence which

24  shows that an accused child molester has molested children at

25  other times may have a probative value which outweighs its

26  prejudicial effect, NOW, THEREFORE,
