11  Senator Lee moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 3, lines 24 through 17, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  product's manufacturer shall:

17         (a)  Provide a rebate to the state equal to the rebate

18  required by the Medicaid program on a basis determined by the

19  agency; and

20         (b)  Make the drug product available to the program for

21  the best price that the manufacturer makes the drug product

22  available under any purchasing agreement.
