14         On page 9, line 16, through

15            page 10, line 4, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (4)  "Public servant" means:

19         (a)  Any elected or appointed public officer;

20         (b)  Any employee classified as a member of the Senior

21  Management Service System pursuant to part III of chapter 110,

22  or any county, municipal, or special district employee with

23  similar responsibilities; or

24         (c)  Any attorney, accountant, physician, or other

25  professional employed by the state, a county, a municipality,

26  or a special district.
