13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 9, lines 10 and 11, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (2)  "Corruptly" or "corrupt intent" means done with a

18  wrongful intent and for the purpose of obtaining,

19  compensating, or receiving compensation for any benefit

20  resulting from some act or omission of a public servant which

21  is inconsistent with the proper performance of his or her

22  public duties.
