15            page 10, line 4, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (b)  Any legislative or judicial officer or employee;

19  or

20         (c)  Any person, including any officer, director,

21  partner, manager, representative, or employee of a

22  nongovernmental entity, who is authorized by law or contract

23  to perform a governmental function, including a judicial or

24  quasi-judicial function, or provide a governmental service on

25  behalf of a state, county, municipal, or special district

26  agency or entity.
