9 163.3191, Florida Statutes, are repealed.

11 Reviser's note.--Repeals provisions that are
12 obsolete. Subsection (13) requires submittal
13 "within 1 year after the effective date of this
14 act" of a report on coordination efforts of
15 local, regional, and state agencies to improve
16 technical assistance for evaluation and
17 appraisal reports and update comprehensive plan
18 amendments. Subsection (13) was enacted by s.
19 14, ch. 98-176, Laws of Florida, effective
20 October 1, 1998. Subsection (15) requires
21 evaluation of an evaluation and appraisal
22 report due for adoption before October 1, 1998,
23 and allows for local governments to choose the
24 evaluation method for their reports if the
25 adoption date is after September 30, 1998, and
26 before February 2, 1999.

28 Section 22. Subparagraph 4. of paragraph (d) of
29 subsection (9) of section 166.231, Florida Statutes, is
30 repealed.

9 Section 23. Subsection (2) of section 177.085, Florida
10 Statutes, is repealed.

13 holders of any reversionary rights in streets
14 in plats of subdivided lots previously recorded
15 in the county public records a period of 1 year
16 from July 1, 1972, to sue to enforce their
17 rights, after which time the right, title, or
18 interest is barred and unenforceable.

20 Section 24. Sub-subparagraph d. of subparagraph 2. of
21 paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of section 190.006, Florida
22 Statutes, is repealed.

25 each community development district in
26 existence on June 21, 1991, to, within 60 days,
27 determine the number of qualified electors in
28 the district as of June 21, 1991, using the
29 official records maintained by the supervisor

30 specifies that s. 753.004 takes effect on July
