  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to school safety; expressing

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation to

  4         address the issue of school safety; providing

  5         an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation to address the issue of school safety.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
