15         On page 16, lines 5 through 7,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:  within their ability their

19  postconviction counsel.  If the sentencing court finds the

20  defendant is knowingly and intentionally obstructing

21  postconviction counsel without good cause the court shall find

22  the defendant is not entitled to any further postconviction

23  legal
