11 The Committee on Criminal Justice recommended the following
12 amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 2, lines 5-8, delete those lines
16
17 and insert: administering a lethal injection pursuant to s.
18 922.105.
19 Section 3. The Legislature finds that the disclosure
20 of information identifying a person prescribing, preparing,
21 compounding, dispensing, or administering a lethal injection
22 for purposes of death sentence execution would jeopardize the
23 person's safety and welfare by exposing that person to
24 potential harassment, intimidation, and harm and would
25 constitute an unwarranted invasion into the person's privacy.
26 Therefore, the Legislature finds that it is a public necessity
27 that this information be kept confidential and exempt from
28 disclosure under public records laws.
29 Section 4. This act shall take effect on the same date
30 that Senate Bill 6-A or similar legislation providing for
31 execution of the death sentence by lethal injection takes
