  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of

  3         Corrections; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to revise the laws relating to the Department

  5         of Corrections; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

10  relating to the Department of Corrections.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
