  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to State Attorneys and Public

  3         Defenders; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise the laws relating to the State Attorneys

  5         and Public Defenders; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

11  relating to the State Attorneys and Public Defenders.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
