14         On page 4, between lines 25 and 26, of the bill

17         Section 4.  If any provision of this act ends up in
18  litigation and is found to be unconstitutional the State of
19  Florida shall be required to pay damages in the amount of
20  three times attorney's fees to the prevailing party.
