11  Senator Dyer moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 2, lines 7-24, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:
17         (b)  "Eligible contribution" means a monetary
18  contribution from a taxpayer, subject to the restrictions
19  provided in this section, to a district school board
20  direct-support organization or an eligible nonprofit
21  scholarship-funding organization. The taxpayer making the
22  contribution may not designate a specific child or group of
23  children as the beneficiaries of the contribution.
24         (c)  "Eligible nonpublic school" means a nonpublic
25  school located in this state which offers an education to
26  students in any grades K-12 and does not discriminate on the
27  basis of race, color, religion, or national origin.
28         (d)  "Eligible nonprofit scholarship-funding
29  organization" means a charitable organization that is exempt
30  from federal income tax pursuant to s. 501(c)(3) of the
31  Internal Revenue Code and that complies with the provisions of

 2         (e)  "Direct-support organization" means a district
 3  school board direct-support organization created pursuant to
 4  s. 237.40(1)(a).
 5         (f)  "Qualified student" means a student who qualifies
 6  for free or reduced-price school lunches under the National
 7  School Lunch Act and who:
