17         (5)  OBLIGATIONS OF DIRECT-SUPPORT
18  ORGANIZATIONS.--Contributions received by a direct-support
19  organization shall be acted upon pursuant to s. 237.40, except
20  that a contributor may designate a particular school or
21  schools as recipients of the contribution.
