14         On page 45, lines 12-19 delete,

16  and insert in lieu thereof:  ordinance of any city or town,
17  shall deposit the original and one copy of such traffic
18  citation or, in the case of a traffic enforcement agency which
19  has an automated citation issuance system, shall provide an
20  electronic facsimile with a court having jurisdiction over the
21  alleged offense or with its traffic violations bureau within 5
22  days after issuance to the violator.  If a law enforcement
23  officer distributes additional information, such information
24  shall be a copy of the traffic school reference guide.
