15 On page 162, between lines 23 and 24,

17 insert:
18 Section 107. Subsection (4) of the section 338.165,
19 Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
20 338.165 Continuation of tolls.--
21 (4) If the revenue-producing project is on the county
22 road system, any remaining toll revenue shall be used for the
23 construction, maintenance, or improvement of any other state
24 or county road within the county or counties in which the
25 revenue-producing project is located, except as provided in s.
26 348.0004. Additionally, if the revenue-producing project is on
27 the county road system in a county as defined in s. 125.011,
28 any remaining toll revenue may be used for the public
29 facilities capitol improvements in sanitary sewer, solid
30 waste, drainage, potable water, parks, or construction,
31 maintenance, or improvement of any other state or county road
