17 and insert in lieu thereof:
18 (a) The council shall consist of:
19 1. Two representatives of private interests who are
20 directly involved in or affected by any mode of transportation
21 or tourism chosen by the Speaker of the House of
22 Representatives.
23 2. Two representatives of private interests who are
24 directly involved in or affected by any mode of transportation
25 or tourism chosen by the President of the Senate.
26 3. Three representatives of private or governmental
27 interests who are directly involved in or affected by any mode
28 of transportation or tourism chosen by the Governor.
29 (b) Terms for council members shall be 2 years, and
30 each member shall be allowed one vote.
31 (c) Initial appointments must be made no later than 60
