13         Amendment to Senate Amendment (551642) 
14         On page 2, line 25, through page 3, line 21,
15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines,
16  
17  insert:  Department of Transportation, the administrator of
18  the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the Deputy
19  Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Plans and
20  Policy, and the ex officio nonvoting council members of the
21  Senate and the House of Representatives.
22         (4)(3)(a)  The council shall consist of an executive
23  board consisting, which shall consist of representatives of
24  governmental organizations having with responsibilities for
25  developing or operating space transportation facilities, and a
26  Space Industry Committee, which shall consist of
27  representatives of Florida's space industry.
28         (b)  The executive board consists of the following
29  individuals shall serve on the executive board:
30         1.  The executive director of the Spaceport Florida
31  Authority or his or her designee.

 3         3.  The Commander of the United States Air Force 45th
 4  Space Wing or his or her designee.
 5         4.  The Commander of the Naval Ordnance Test Unit or
 6  his or her designee.
 7         2.5.  The Secretary of Transportation or his or her
 8  designee.
 9         3.6.  The president of Enterprise Florida, Inc., or his
10  or her designee, as an ex officio nonvoting member.
11         4.7.  The director of the Office of Tourism, Trade, and
12  Economic Development or his or her designee, as an ex officio
13  nonvoting member.
14         5.  The chairperson of the Space Industry Committee, or
15  his or her deignee.
16         6.  The members of the Senate and House of
17  Representatives who serve on the board of supervisors of the
18  Spaceport Florida Authority, who shall be ex officio nonvoting
19  members of the executive board.
